It is pressed and bottled for a naturally low acidity. This high quality extra virgin, with its momentary peppery finish, green body and green aroma, provides a casual alternative to our 100% Tuscan extra virgin olive oils. This oil is certified Kosher Parve.
Lucini Italia naturally achieves it's low acidity which is less than half of what is legally required to be classified as extra virgin.
