Spicy Tuscan Tomato Sauce
This very fiery “Arrabbiata” recipe begins with fresh plum tomatoes and red hot chili peppers. Toss with penne rigate pasta, cooked al dente, and pair with a Chianti wine.

Lucini Italia does not add sugar, dehydrated herbs or anything artificial.
To prepare, stir sauce over low heat, taking care not to boil. Add pasta, cooked al dente, to sauce and toss until fully coated. Finish with Lucini® extra virgin olive oil and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
